About The Midnite Desk

Midnite Desk is a brand-new independent publication covering America in its most uncertain times. It was founded by Kellen Hurtado, a third-year journalism student at Cal State Long Beach and an aspiring journalist driven by a simple belief: There needs to be more transparency and clarity on whats affecting society today.

In a world where government leaders are openly corrupting our democracy and the country for personal profit and gain. The media treats these concerning events as if they are not worthy to be shared and that citizens should just be okay with the elite class taking our tax dollars and manipulating society into supporting whats beneficial for the elite.
